Who are your clients?
Most often our work directly with attorneys but frequently we work directly with individuals. We then work with the attorney at the request of the individual.
What types of cases do you usually work on?
Usually we work on cases where there has been a long-term marriage and the divorcing couple has a positive net worth. It's often important to show the long-term impact of the divorce on both parties. We will show the long-term cash flow and net worth for each party as well as the impact of spousal and child support.
Do you work with mediators?
We believe that going to trial should be avoided in most cases. Mediation is a great way settle any dispute and we are able to work with mediators to tailor a property settlement that equitable. There is an unlimited combination of property settlement options in any divorce; we help you and your mediator understand if any of these combinations are equitable. |
